Important: rugs with cloth backing can be cleaned but cannot undergo deodorization, as this process may compromise the adhesive securing the rug's construction. We will proceed with standard cleaning if you accept this restriction.

We provide comprehensive pickup and delivery services throughout the greater Charlottesville region for your convenience. Our service area extends approximately 30 minutes driving distance from 605 Cami Lane. Pickup and delivery appointments are scheduled on Fridays between 8am and 2pm. While we accommodate scheduling preferences when possible, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. Standard processing time is two weeks. Complimentary pickup and delivery is included for orders exceeding $300. Orders under $300 are subject to a $300 minimum service charge.

Standard completion time is two weeks from pickup or drop-off, though duration may vary based on the extent of cleaning required. We provide estimated completion timeframes when you schedule pickup or deliver your rug to our facility.
